Image to Image Matching - Flowers (2-3.5)

As the child becomes fully immersed into their sensitive period for language, it is important to provide diverse ways for children to increase their vocabulary and awareness of the world around them. In a Montessori environment, this is done through matching works. These cards represent the third stage of this arc - matching images to images. This work is best offered to children after the age of two.

We've created a flower focused work. Flower arranging is a part of the Montessori toddler environment and this work is a preparation and/or companion for this.

This work comes as a DIGITAL FILE. We do not create this work for you. We do provide you with detailed directions on how to create it for yourself.

Set 1 A - six flowers (2 sets of 3 cards) with names
Set 1 B - six flowers (2 sets of 3 cards) without names
Set 2 A - four flowers (rotation cards to reignite interest) with names
Set 2 B - four flowers (rotation cards to reignite interest) without names + directions for creating the material and the full lesson.
