Lacing frames assist young children develop hand eye coordination and fine motor skills. They support the child as a preparation for sewing.
We offer seven images with two complexities each (unless otherwise noted). This material arrives unpainted and with one shoe lace.
Lamb with Banner:
The lamb often is seen triumphantly holding a white banner emblazoned by a red cross to symbolize the purity of the sacrifice. The lamb calls all people to join with him in the power of the sacrifice and resurrection.

Canterbury Cross
This wheel shaped cross dates back to the ninth century. For centuries, it served as a pilgrim's badge for those traveling to the Cathedral.

A form of a ringed cross. Its design is attributed to St. Patric in the fifth century.

Gospel book with initials for the four gospels. Dividing the four quadrants is a cross which has the alpha and omega letters centered on it.

The material arrives UNPAINTED.

Instructions are provided for sealing the wood with beeswax and an option for purchasing laces.
Because each piece of wood is unique, the product you receive may vary slightly from what is shown.
Painting or waxing is recommended.
There may be a slight smell of burnt wood from the laser process.
