These puzzles will encourage your child to participate more fully in church by providing them the basic items of Holy Communion/ Eucharist in context. The puzzle trays are housed in a purpose built cabinet. This material grows with your child and is appropriate for the 3 to 6 year old child.
You receive the materials UNPAINTED so you can paint the puzzles to be "just like in church." (See NOTE below)

You may select up to two more drawers. Each drawer can hold a maximum of six insets. Please note that some insets count as two because they are double sized.
You can request a custom item that is specific to your context.
Drawer 1 - the single item insets (puzzle piece) and the frame. By isolating objects, the young child can focus on the nomenclature for the individual item. The child can trace the items both with the frame and with the inset (in a similar way to the Montessori geometric cabinet).

Pasting box drawer is designed to support the young child's desire to make a small version of the altar parts in their own context. You provide your own items to cut out or order precut items from the shop.There are small compartments for glue jar, brush, sponge, holder and a large compartment f paper and/or fair linen

Note:
The cabinet arrives assembled. The insets are disassembled for easy of painting or waxing. There are precut holes for the included peg knobs. Once your finishing is complete, a small amount of hot glue will hold them in.
Instructions are provided for sealing the wood with beeswax and inserting the peg knobs.
There may be a slight smell of burnt wood from the laser process.
